We call our network of independent sales consultants 'GLOWmums'. They sell GLOW-inc products to parents who want their children to be seen and be safe.

GLOWmums need enthusiasm, the ability to get on with other people and organisational skills. In addition you will need use of a car, a UK debit card and access to the Internet.

You'll get to meet lots of new people, help to organise and attend parties and have the opportunity to earn extra money in an enjoyable and flexible way.

If we both decide that you are the stuff that GLOWmums are made of, we will invite you to join the GLOWmum network.

You then need your starter pack, which costs £100 and comes in two parts.

• Pack one contains your GLOWmum handbook, with detailed instructions on how to set up and run your GLOW-inc business. You will also get a pack of sales materials, including posters, party invitations etc - all in fabulously eye-catching GLOW-inc style.

• Pack two will contain £200 worth of samples, which you choose yourself, following your initial training (Which usually happens within 10 days of being accepted as a GLOWmum.

What are the benefits of being a GLOWmum?

• The reward scheme is called the GLOW-inc 'Career Plan'.

• As a GLOWmum, you earn 25% gross from all the sales you make at Recommended Retail Price (RRP), although you are free to set your own prices.

• In addition, you can earn up to a further 12.5% with success and consistency bonuses.

• You can develop your business by recruiting other GLOWmums. Once you have five other GLOWmums in your team and you are all achieving your sales targets you will get leadership training and become a High GLOWmum. High GLOWmums can add significantly to their earnings by winning bonuses for their team’s performance, in addition to the retail discount and bonuses on their own personal sales.

• There will also be some great bonuses in the form of prizes, awards and achievers trips to be won.

This type of model is known as Direct Selling or Party Plan Selling and there are many major firms that do it extremely successfully in the U.K., as well as many other countries in Europe and the rest of the World. It is regulated by the Office of Fair Trading (“OFT”) and the Direct Selling Association (DSA).
