Being a successful GLOWmum is rewarding and enjoyable. There are certain qualities that really matter and this questionnaire is designed to help us help you make the right decision.

How to complete the questionnaire

Please read each of the following 24 questions carefully. You?ll see each question has 4 statements:

  • Decide which one of the four statements is most like you in a work or similar situation and select the button under the number 4 in the adjoining column.

  • Next decide which statement is second most like you and select the button under the number 3.

  • Then click on the button under the number 2 for the statement which is the third most like you.

  • Finally click on the button under number 1 for the statement which is least like you.

There are no right or wrong answers to the questions, just answer as you think you are, rather than you should be or how you would like to be seen.

You may find some of the choices difficult, as sometimes none of the choices may be like you, but just do your best to give the truest answer.
