Your right to cancel

GLOW-inc's guarantee offers a 100% satisfaction promise. So if you don't like any of your purchases for whatever reason, simply return them unused and in good condition within 14 days of despatch and GLOW-inc will give you a replacement or your money back (special terms may apply to certain products such as special offers or sale items). Please return with the original packaging if possible.

If for any reason our products fail to perform satisfactorily within 12 months of purchase, you will be offered the choice of a refund or a replacement product.

These guarantees apply to UK only and are in addition to your statutory consumer rights.
